El Dr. Juan José Vaquero López ha obtenido la plaza de Catedrático de Universidad en el Departamento de Bioingeniería e Ingeniería Aeroespacial de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid en el Área de Radiología y Medicina Física.

JFPJ Abascal has been granted a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship by the European Commission to carry out research on spectral computed tomography (CT) and it will take place at the Biomedical Imaging Research Lab (CREATIS), Lyon, France (http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.
Alejandro Suñe and Arrate Muñoz-Barrutia will present the work entitled: 'L1-regularized reconstruction for traction for microscopy' at the International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI'16). The conference is held in Prague, Czech Republic on April 13-16th.
The proffesor Dr. Jorge Ripoll participates in the SPIE Photonics West to be held in San Francisco, USA, from 13 to 18 February.
Dra. María Victoria Gómez Gaviro has been chosen as an European Expert for evaluations of Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships: H2020-MSCA. They carry put a remote evaluation of the scientific proposals and after a central evaluation in Brussels will take place.
